Every August, right before the halls of LHS fill up and the busy school year officially kicks off, our community comes together for one of our favorite traditions: the Annual Potluck Picnic.
This isn’t just another school event—it’s the ultimate summer send-off and the perfect way to transition back into the school mindset before sports schedules, club meetings, and exam prep take over your calendar. This event gives everyone a chance to relax, laugh and lock in those positive vibes for the year ahead.
The picnic is a welcoming event where incoming freshmen, returning students, parents, and staff can mix, mingle, and catch up after a long summer apart. The best part of a potluck? The variety! From family-recipe secret dishes to classic summer sides and sweet treats, the menu is a reflection of our diverse and amazing LHS community.
