Each year students in Langley Orchestra (and schools across the state) audition for coveted spots in the Virginia Band & Orchestra Directors Association’s Honor Ensembles. Langley HS is part of District XII in Virginia, and Virginia’s Northern Region.
Senior Regional Orchestra (SRO) – Senior Regional Auditions will take place on Monday, October 2nd at Justice High School.

District Honors Orchestra (DHO) auditions will take place on Tuesday, November 14th at Thoreau Middle School. Students who successfully audition for SRO will not be eligible to audition for DHO. Note that Langley HS will once again be hosting the District Honors Orchestra Event Friday – Saturday, January 12-13, 2024!
